Setting Up the Feeder:
First, place the feeder on a dry, solid surface that can be easily cleaned. The electrical components are positioned underneath the bucket, so refrain from splashing water around the unit. Install the nipple panels making sure that the nipple is 46 cm from the unit ground level (to eliminate any leaks).
Attach the plastic tubing to the nipple connectors on one end and the stainless steel inserts on the other. Then to the nipples on the panels, then through the cover to the bottom of the milk bucket then proceeding to fill the feeder with water. Only plug the feeder in when the water has reached the maximum mark that is located on the inside of the bucket.
Once you have the correct amount of water connect it to electricity. Then set the thermostat to your preferred temperature. This may take a few attempts to get to the desired temperature. The good thing is that the thermostat does not surpass 40 degrees. The water should warm up in about 10-15 minutes.
Fill the milk bucket with warm milk, then place it inside the water bucket and your milk feeder is now ready.
Safety Cut-Off: Once the water level goes below the Minimum level, the thermostat will shut down. To reset, switch off the unit, add water, and adjust the thermostat to the desired level.
